How long does it take for me to receive my order?

We try to create, engrave, assemble and ship your plaque as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship all orders within 7-10 business days from the date you place the order.  Since we use USPS Priority Mail, your “time in transit” is only 2 to 3 days.

How long can the scripture be on missionary plaques?

Through our experience, it seems that the ideal length for a scripture on our standard missionary plaques is between 100 and 120 characters.  We have certainly done longer scriptures than that, but 100-120 looks best. Maximum limit preferred is 400 characters.

Can you engrave the information in another language?

Yes.  We have done many plaques in Spanish and a few in French. Just let us know which language you would like to use. We will do other languages also, but you are responsible for providing the exact content as it should appear on the plaque.

What if a mistake was made on the order

Mistakes do tend to happen once in a while. If we engraved everything correctly as it was submitted and the mistake was made during the ordering process, we can re-engrave a replacement plate with the corrected information for a nominal fee as well as any shipping fees. If we made the mistake, the replacement plate will be provided at no additional charge to you.

What if I notice a defect

We use higher quality parts and components to make our customized products. Please understand that with natural wood products, there may be natural imperfections. This adds to the authenticity of the genuine wood products and each product may slightly vary in wood grains and how the stains and or finishes are absorbed. We use a standard template for our plaques but with movement that occurs in the shipping process, pieces on the plaque can slightly shift.

We guarantee your satisfaction with each of our products and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call or email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. If an issue can not be resolved to your satisfaction, we will accept the return product postage paid by the purchaser and a refund will be issued less a 25% restocking fee. If return products arrive damaged a claim with the postal carrier USPS will be initiated and once that claim has processed a refund to the customer will follow.
